* Our PRICES remain the same, regardless of whether you are married on a Monday or Saturday; they are NOT higher on the weekend (which is known as a "weekend  PREMIUM".). The ONLY time our prices are higher is on a HOLIDAY (for example, July  4^th) or AFTER normal business hours (for example, 8:00 pm). In these cases, there is a 25% holiday/afterhours fee.

* ANY of our packages or Special Ceremonies may be done for EITHER wedding OR renewal  of vows.

* If you or your guests would like to stay in a CABIN, we can assist with those arrangements. We work with some of the best cabin companies in the Smokies. Their cabins are located throughout the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg area.  They range in size from one bedroom (for a couple) all the way up to 8 bedroom 6 ½ baths (to sleep 22). * An important part of our services to you includes our professional photographers that we provide to take your wedding photographs. Therefore, we do not allow outside photography in the chapel. Your family and friends are welcome to take pictures outside the chapel or in the garden after the ceremony. Not only do we offer digital photography, but we are also pleased to offer new, state-of-the-art studio softbox lighting; the digital photography in combination with our studio lighting provide stunning detail and color balance, resulting in quality photographs you will treasure for a lifetime! We also offer online photo ordering for your convenience.

* We can also record your wedding with our new high resolution 3CCD video camera.  It has special red, green, and blue image sensors, which show stunning detail and clarity (even when viewed on a wide screen TV format). The cost of a VHS is $ 39.00 and a DVD is $ 49.00.

Introducing Our New "Customer Choice Photo Package" Program

Most of our wedding packages will include a photo session by the photographer, done in increments of 5, 10, 15 or 20 poses, depending on the package and number of guests. An online photographer's gift certificate (which is already included in the price of the package) is issued to you.  This certificate will cover the cost of a complete set of 4x6 photos for that particular package.

Within your certificate allowance, you can then MIX, MATCH, and UPGRADE however you wish.  You may also choose other toning options (such as Black & White or Sepia) at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

Within about a week of your wedding, you will receive an email notification that your wedding photographs are available for online viewing and purchase. You will have 90 days to order your photographs, which should give you, as well as your family and friends, ample opportunity to purchase whatever you choose.

About Our Honeymoon Cabins...

Many other chapels offer vague descriptions of "deluxe lodging" without providing details or pictures of EXACTLY where you'll be spending your honeymoon. It is our  belief that your honeymoon is a special once-in-a-lifetime experience and we have carefully chosen some of the most beautiful cabins in the Smokies for you to enjoy during your honeymoon. Below we have compiled just a few pictures of some of the cabins, so that you can see for yourself the overall quality and beauty of the cabins. Once you have decided upon an arrival date (check in time is 3:00 pm) and a departure date (check out time is 11:00 am), call us.  We will check to see what cabins are available for your requested dates of stay and call you with that information so that you and your fiancee can go online together and select the cabin that's "just right" for you.

All of the cabins included in our wedding and honeymoon packages come completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, den/living room, bedroom, bathroom, hot tub outside and Jacuzzi whirlpool tub inside.  If you have special requests for certain amenities (such as pool table, sauna, etc.), prices may be slightly higher.  Please keep in mind that ALL honeymoon packages are based upon average costs and availability and that seasonal/holiday 3-4 night minimum stays and higher prices may apply (ESPECIALLY during July and October).

Many of our couples who bring out of town guests are discovering that their families and friends enjoy staying in some of the larger cabins nearby.  We have cabins as large as 8 bedroom, 6 ½ baths - complete with pool table, outdoor grill, covered decks - just PERFECT for family get togethers and cookouts! This gives you a wonderful opportunity to share those fun and special memories that are sure to last a lifetime! Reservation Policy

• All basic weddings must be paid in full at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation on all other packages. Tax is not included in price.
• We accept Master Card, Visa, and money orders. No personal checks.

Cancellation Policy

• Weddings canceled more than 14 days prior to scheduled date may receive a 75% refund.
• Weddings canceled 14 days or less prior to scheduled date may receive a 25% refund.
• Weddings canceled 3 days or less prior to wedding date OR no call / no show will not receive a refund of deposit.

We do make a provision in our cancellation policy for rescheduling. If there is an emergency, weather issue, etc., we will be glad to simply POSTPONE your wedding and allow you to reschedule the wedding for up to 6 months without penalty (simply reapply the deposit toward the rescheduling).
